Tip your head over and using a low/soft heat setting on your dryer, and directing the air to your roots, blow dry for maximum effect. When almost dried throw your head back and twist your hair in sections and scrunch to dry allowing your hair to clump together, giving the same effect as if you just stepped
out of the surf.

note: if you have naturally wavy or curly hair
it may be necessary to use a diffuser on
your dryer so as not to disurb your
natural ringlets.
