Entry to the “Get your picture into Famous ” md Be a Star competition is an initiative of www.marcdaniels.com.au and Lenan Corporation Pty (“Promoter”)and is open only to Australian residents. ENTRY IS FREE.
Entrants must be 16 years of age or have consent of from parent or legal guardian. A tick-box option will be accessible on the marc daniels web site (www.marcdaniels.com.au) entrance form in order to make affected parties entrance into the promotion eligible.
The “Get your picture into Famous Promotion ” commences on Monday 6th August 2007, 12.00pm AEST, and close on Friday 2nd November 2007, 9.00am AEST.
Picture entries are to be received no later than 12.00pm AEST Friday 31st August, 2007. Any entry received after that time will be invalid. The Promoter may, in its discretion, approve pictures to be posted on www.marcdaniels.com.au . The Promoter does not need to assign any reason for not approving any picture.
Approved pictures will be posted on www.marcdaniels.com.au 10.00am AEST 7th August 2007 and at regular intervals until the closing date of picture entries. Voting commences immediately following posting and will be updated daily at regular intervals throughout the promotion. Voting concludes 9.00am AEST 11th October 2007. The winner will be notified upon results being finalized and validated.
Overall winner will be included/featured as a caricatured member of the
“md Be a Star Competition” in the November Issue/Publication of Famous Magazine.
In Famous Magazine alongside with all entries, The entrants must provide their names, addresses, postcodes, email addresses, and ages. Entrants agree that the Promoter may use all personal information gathered during this promotion, that is, names, addresses, postcodes, email addresses and ages, for the purposes of the promotion and of notifying the winning entrants. Entrants license www.marcdaniels.com.au and Lenan Corporation Pty Ltd to use any pictures entered in relation to products media throughout the world (including, without limitation, charactering the pictures.
.Any entrant seen to be displaying any sexually explicit, pornographic, disturbing and/or unnecessary ideologies within their entry will fail to be entered into the promotion/competition and will result in referral to the corresponding Law Enforcement Officials/Authorities.
All entrants must warrant that their entries do not contain any material that infringes the rights of anyone else, and confirms that the image is that of them.

Each entrant may only enter once, to ensure that every entrance is unique and has the same chance of winning the major and minor prizes of the promotion. The Promoter will monitor whether or not entrants appear to have entered more than once. Subsequent entries that appear to be from an existing entrant will be disqualified.
Winner/s will be notified by email, postal mail and posted on the marc daniels website.
The prizes are not redeemable for cash or otherwise transferable. The decisions of the judge/judges in relation to any aspect of the competition shall and will be final and binding upon every entrant who enters the competition. No correspondence will be entered into.
The promoters shall not be liable for any loss or damage or for any personal injury sustained as a result of taking the prize/s or entering into the Competitions.
Employees of the Promoter and their families are ineligible to enter.
